Arthur Robertson

Arthur specializes in Business Acquisition, owner/user Real Estate and Investment sales in the greater Puget Sound area. He has extensive experience representing sellers and buyers of commercial real estate. This experience has enabled him to negotiate the most competitive deals on behalf of his clients on either side of a transaction.

Mr. Robertson began his commercial finance career as a Commercial Banker with several large Deposit Institutions with emphasis in SBA, Construction and Investment Real Estate. His Real Estate career began as a Commercial Broker with Keller Williams Realty and now Great Earth Realty Inc. His strengths can be summarized as someone who can walk a client through the preparation of qualifying for a Commercial Loan, locating the right business or real estate and analyzing cash flow.
